De foto's konden enkel gelezen worden met het aanwezige daglicht.
Ze kwamen op in de ochtend en verdwenen 's avonds.
Er kan alleen gefotografeerd worden als het onderwerp belicht word.
Dit telt ook zo voor de installatie, zonder licht geen fotografie.
Kleuren, contrast en helderheid zijn elementen die het technische karaktervan het medium
ondersteunen, ook deze aspecten waren afhankelijk van het aanwezige licht.
Het beeld is tijdelijk, een momentopname, onvangbaar nochtans verstild.
5 photos wich are printed on cibachroom. The images are visible when there is daylight.
They emerge in the morning and dissapear by night. People can only take pictures
if the subject is alight.
This counts as well for the images in this installation. You can only read them with the
presence of light. The colors in the images change according to the available light at
the exact moment, also the brightness and contrast. All these aspects are present in
the medium. The image is temporary, a decisive moment, not to be fixed however muted.
